1. About ICONS
ICONS BV (Singel 268, 3311 HK Dordrecht, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 60385898) builds and runs platforms for data, AI and growth: ICONS Intelligence, ICONS Growth and ICONS Agents on ICONS Cloud, and the Marketing Suite for business owners. We work from the Netherlands, under Dutch law.
2. These terms
These terms apply to the use of icons.nl. By using the site you accept them. Our services and platforms are governed by the proposal, the agreement and the terms we send with them; those prevail where they differ.
3. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not:
- disrupt or overload the site or parts of it, or read it out automatically without permission;
- try to access systems or data not intended for you;
- use the forms or the chat for spam, deception or unlawful purposes.
4. The client portal
Access to app.icons.nl is personal. You log in with a link we send to your email address; do not share it. If you notice someone else has access, tell us straight away.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, images, figures, software and trademarks on this site belong to ICONS or to parties that gave us permission. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without our written permission. Quoting with attribution is allowed.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep the site working well, but cannot guarantee it is always available and free of errors. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; see also the disclaimer.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the district of Rotterdam.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows which version applies.
